5S Training Workshop: what for?

Training duration :

• 2 days in two sessions (1d+1d) and follow up

1st day:

• Kaizen
• 5S Presentation
• Evaluation system – Indicator 5S
• Practical field application
• Creation of an action plan

Implementation of the action plan between sessions

2nd day:

• Situation balance – Results in numbers
• Cleaning and plan to sustain the level plan
• Creation of an action plan
