Supply Chain

The control of the Supply Chain consists in ensuring three fundamental tasks:

• Just-in-Time Delivery and Production to ensure a Zero status in poor delivery (place, lead time and quantity) to clients and on behalf of suppliers
• Control and Reduction of LEAD TIME
• Standardization of work flow and logistical tasks in order to audit global costs

Managing the  Supply Chain  is very suitable for the greater principle of a LEAN MANUFACTURING organization management of the Chain Value and will make it possible to:

• ensure the total satisfaction of the client from the time of the request to product and service delivery (quality, cost, lead times)
• organize the product and service transformation chain according to LEAN principles (ongoing work flow, followed by the client’s request, structuring client-supplier relationships)
• develop new products and services following changes in the client expectations
