The QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) allows to effectively treat the problems in situ, without wasting time with reunions.

The QRQC approach allows to boost the plant or service organization in order to produce quick results on quality of the products and services.

The application of the QRQC drives everyone's participation and gives a methodic framework to the members of the hierarchy. The QRQC facilitates and organizes the accomplishment of coaching each manager.

The QRQC implicates, establishes the priorities and clearly positions the role of the services Supports (Quality, Methods, Maintenance, Logistics, BE etc.) compared to Production. It's also just what is needed in terms of documenting a problem.

Based on a very practical approach, starting from the field realities, the establishment of the QRQC will allow :
